Job Description

The Professor in the Department of Critical Care Technology will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Critical Care Technology. This will include coursework in advanced medical equipment and techniques, patient monitoring, and critical care procedures. The Professor will also be responsible for developing and implementing new curriculum, as well as conducting research in the field of Critical Care Technology.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Critical Care Technology, or a related field A minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching and/or research in Critical Care Technology Strong knowledge and experience in advanced medical equipment and techniques, patient monitoring, and critical care procedures Experience in curriculum development and program management Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

Teach a variety of courses in critical care technology and related subjects. Participate in the development and revision of course materials and curriculum. Engage in research activities related to critical care technology. Mentor and advise students in the program. Contribute to the growth and development of the department. Participate in departmental and college committees and initiatives. Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field.
