Assistant Professor

Job Description

The Assistant Professor in the Department of Critical Care Technology will play a key role in fulfilling the vision and mission of JKKN College of Allied Health Science. This individual will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lectures, leading laboratory sessions, and mentoring students. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and implement curriculum, as well as assess student performance.

Responsibilities

Teach a variety of courses in critical care technology and related subjects Participate in the development and revision of course materials and curriculum Engage in research activities related to critical care technology Mentor and advise students in the program Contribute to the growth and development of the department Participate in departmental and college committees and initiatives Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field

Qualifications

A Master's degree in critical care technology or a related field A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting Strong research skills and a record of scholarly activity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to stay current in the field through professional development activities Eligible Fields: Critical care technology Respiratory therapy Nursing Emergency medical services Physiotherapy Occupational therapy Anesthesia technology Medical laboratory technology
