Tutor

Job Description

The Tutor in the Department of Respiratory Therapy will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students in the Respiratory Therapy program. The Tutor will work closely with the department head and faculty to develop and implement curriculum, design and deliver lectures, and provide support to students as they progress through the program. The Tutor will also be responsible for assessing student progress, providing feedback and guidance, and promoting student success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement curriculum for the Respiratory Therapy program Deliver lectures and provide instruction to students Provide support and guidance to students as they progress through the program Assess student progress and provide feedback and guidance Promote student success by encouraging and motivating students Collaborate with the department head and faculty to ensure that the program meets the needs of students and the healthcare industry

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Respiratory Therapy field Strong communication and teaching skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for healthcare education and promoting student success Eligible Fields: Respiratory Therapy Pulmonary Medicine Pulmonary Physiology Pulmonary Rehabilitation Cardiopulmonary Science
