Job Description

The college is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join the faculty as a Professor of Computer Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the computer science program and conducting research in the field of computer science.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver courses in computer science to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Mentor and advise students in the computer science program, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional development. Engage in research in the field of computer science, with a focus on innovative solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of society. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences. Participate in college and departmental committees and activities, contributing to the overall development and success of the college.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with a focus on computer science. A minimum of 5 years of teaching and research experience in a reputable educational institution. An active research agenda with a record of publications in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. A commitment to innovative teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches that engage and motivate students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students. A passion for the field of computer science and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry. Eligible Fields : Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Computer Networks and Security Data Science and Analytics Database Systems and Management Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience Programming Languages and Software Engineering Theoretical Computer Science and Algorithms
