Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Professor to join the Department of Doctor of Philosophy at JKKN College of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership and teaching in the Doctor of Philosophy program.

Responsibilities

Teach and mentor graduate students in the Doctor of Philosophy program Develop and implement innovative and effective teaching strategies to support student learning Engage in research and publish findings in relevant academic journals Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment Contribute to the development and maintenance of academic programs and policies Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives Foster collaborations with industry and other academic institutions to enhance research and teaching programs

Qualifications

A PhD in a related field such as Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field Strong record of academic and research accomplishments, including publication in peer-reviewed journals Evidence of effective teaching and mentorship Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external partners Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education
