Job description
A Post Graduate Assistant (PGA) is a professional in an academic or educational setting who provides support to students and faculty in a particular field of study. responsibilities : Assisting with teaching and facilitating classroom activities. Providing individualized support to students through tutoring, advising, and mentoring. Collaborating with faculty members to develop and implement course materials and assessments. Assisting with research projects and preparing reports. Participating in departmental and institutional committees. Staying current with developments in the field through professional development opportunities.
Qualification
A master's degree in a relevant field of study. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
