Job Description

As an Associate Professor in the Department of Textile and Fashion Designing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and guidance to our students. You will be a part of a dynamic team of faculty members who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional learning experience to our students.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality instruction and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students in textile and fashion designing Developing and delivering course content that aligns with departmental and institutional goals Participating in curriculum development and assessment Conducting research and scholarly activities in the field of textile and fashion designing Engaging in professional development activities to stay current in the field Participating in departmental and institutional activities, including committees and other service-related activities

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Textile and Fashion Designing or a related field Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research in the field of textile and fashion designing Prior experience teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in textile and fashion designing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students Record of scholarly activity and research in the field of textile and fashion designing Eligible fields : Textile and Fashion Designing Fashion Design and Technology Textile Science and Technology Apparel Design and Merchandising Textile Engineering Fashion and Textile Management
