Responsibilities
Develop and teach courses in mental health nursing at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Advise students and provide academic support. Engage in research activities and publish findings in academic journals. Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental and college-wide policies and procedures.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Mental Health Nursing. A minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of mental health nursing. Strong knowledge of mental health nursing theories and practices. Strong research and publication record in the field of mental health nursing. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
