Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, such as computer science, physics, or mathematics. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of engineering concepts and principles. Experience in training and education, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering training programs to improve technical and problem-solving skills. Administering aptitude tests to assess candidates' strengths and weaknesses. Analyzing test results to determine areas where individuals need improvement. Creating and implementing individualized training plans based on test results. Collaborating with other trainers and industry experts to design and implement training programs. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to individuals on their performance. Keeping up to date with new developments and advancements in engineering and technology. Developing educational materials and training aids, such as presentations and handouts. Maintaining records and tracking student progress.
