International Plastic Bag Free Day was successfully inaugurated on 03-06-2023 with Mr. S.Eswaramoorthy vice Principal of JKKN College of Engineering and Technology. Dr. S.VENUGOPAL, Assistant Professor, JKKN college of Arts and Science as the Chief Guest.
Students from varies departments participated in this event, making the event a grand success.During his speech, Dr. S. VENUGOPAL motivated the students by sharing his personal testimony of how to avoid the plastic bags and emphasized the dangers of using plastic bags. He also differentiated the uses bags how to use without plastic bags and highlighted the Plastic pollution challenges of our time, to providing valuable insights to the students.The events conducted during the symposium attracted large crowds, with technical paper
presentation, technical questions, this events being the major highlights. The participation and enthusiasm of the students were commendable, and the event provided a platform for the students to showcase the Outpourings of plastics The program concluded at 12.20 pm with the memento by the NaveenPrasanth E.P, and the Coordinator delivering the vote of thanks. The event was a great success, and we hope that it has inspired the students to pursue their interests in the Plastic Bag Free.
